Ruth graduated in 2007 from the University of the West of England and has been a member of Castle Veterinary Group since 2013. Her training was completed in a large, small animal referral clinic where she worked for five years after qualifying, which gained her invaluable experience. She has a keen interest in horses and is also a BHS AI (instructor). This qualification gave her the opportunity to travel and work abroad in both the USA and UAE. Farming is a way of life for Ruth, and she has grown up and continues to farm at home. She particularly enjoys lambing season.
